Specification 300 requirements (ATA 300). Material and methods

Testing of ATA Cases
Tests
involved with meeting ATA 300 compliance are conducted to ascertain if a Custom ATA case will withstand the rigors of being shipped a minimum of 100 times. Factors covered include recessing of handles, rivets, locking mechanisms, etc., anti-corrosion through use of thermpoplastics and coatings and rounding of corners to optimize safety and minimize the potetnial for breakage of all cases shipped by the ATA carriere. These ATA Fabricated Cases not only meet every requirement set forth by the ATA 300 specification guidelines, but even exceed these standards.
