Peter Martin
President/CEO

Peter Martin founded Ameripack in 1989 after 13 years of Teaching Health & Physical Education.  He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College). As a result of Ameripack’s extensive work with our Military, it has always been our mission to supply our Warfighters with the best protection for their equipment while they are in theater.  Ameripack’s foundation is built on the  philosophy “TO PROTECT THEM WHEN THEY ARE FORWARD AND TAKE CARE OF THEM ON RETURN.” Ameripack is dedicated to the principle of supporting the Foundations that take care of our Warriors and their Families.

 

Bob LeGrand
Director of Business Development

Bob LeGrand joined Ameripack in May of 2010 as Director of Business Development.  Bob started his career at Colgate Palmolive, before joining Linseis Inc. He spent 20 years with Linseis Inc., during which he became the US Sales Manager of Thermal Analysis products. Following his time at Linseis, Bob started his own Manufacturers Representative organization, representing Health and Safety instrument companies.  His understanding of delicate instruments and packaging supplements his business development skills.

Matt Schrapp
Director of Engineering

Matthew Schrapp joined Ameripack as a Packaging Engineer in January 2010 and became Director of Engineering in 2019. He attended the University of Wisconsin Stout, graduating in 2009 with a degree in Packaging. During his studies, Matthew interned with Prent Corporation in Janesville, WI, where he worked as a Product Development Designer for thermoformed packaging. As an avid rock climber, Matthew has climbed throughout the US, worked as a guide, and competed successfully in numerous events. He is also developing his woodwork skills and is using those skills to complete the home restoration.

 

Dana  DelAversano, MBA, CPA
COO/Controller

Dana DelAversano joined the Ameripack team in June 2021. Prior to her role at Ameripack, she worked in the public accounting industry for over 14 years. During her role in the public sector, she focused mainly on tax return preparation for businesses and individuals, outside CFO services, and financial statement preparation. Dana attended Rider University, earning her BS in Accounting in 2005 and her MBA in 2007. She brings an array experience to Ameripack! Outside of work, she’s a mom to two boys and wife to her husband, Rob!

Chris Gyenge
Manager of Inside Sales

Chris Gyenge is the Manager of Inside Sales for Ameripack Inc. He has been with the Company since 2010, fulfilling a variety of roles. Prior to coming to Ameripack, Chris had spent 4 years in the Insurance Industry as a licensed professional. Before leaving Insurance, Chris was a Licensed Sales Manager, overseeing teams of agents in a home and satellite office.

Dana Zastocki-Lyon
Senior Account Manager

Dana Lyon joined the Ameripack team in 2016. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Kean University, and worked as a Program Coordinator for the New Jersey Institute for Disabilities prior to joining Ameripack. Coming from a military family, she strongly supports Ameripack’s extensive work and long-standing relationships with its military customers.

Dennis Manvell
Packaging Engineer

Dennis Manvell joined Ameripack as a Packaging Engineer in 2019 after 20 years of honorable service in the United States Air Force. While serving our country, he was the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Engine Management for the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Strike Eagles. He has a total of 14 years of experience in Aerospace Propulsion and inspections where he overhauled aircraft engines on five different airframes to include E-3 Boeing 707 AWACS to ensure their longevity, managed all aspects of maintenance, performed continuous process improvement, and supervised, managed, and trained the future women and men of the Air Force. From there, he was selected to partner with the United States Marine Corps and trained Servicemembers as the lead Bell Boeing CV-22 ‘Osprey’ Propulsion Instructor. In 2012, he spent 3 months training with our Italian Allies in Naples, Italy, on the Alenia C-27 ‘Spartan’ aircraft. Then he deployed to Afghanistan, where he trained, mentored, and advised Afghan Nationals on all aspects of engine maintenance, from basic tool usage to engine maintenance, inspections, installation, and operational checks. He was awarded two degrees in Aviation Maintenance Technology and Instructor of Technology and Military Science by the Air Force, and upon his retirement, he focused his drive for quality, design, and detail as he trained for his new career with Ameripack. He brings a knowledge of military logistics, operations, and excellence. Dennis is an avid car enthusiast, has participated in Hot Rod Power Tours, Camaros for Heroes, LS Fest, and is an active member in the Sports Car Club of America, where he participates in time attack racing events.

 

William Le
Packaging Engineer

William Le has been a Packaging Engineer for Ameripack since February 2020. He graduated in 2019 from the University of Wisconsin – Stout with Bachelor’s degrees in Packaging and Business Administration, and a minor in Project Management. During his college career, he interned for Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Chippewa Falls, WI and Ensign-Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company in Simsbury, CT. William is dedicated to community service and is a volunteer firefighter with Hope Fire Company 82-1 in Allentown, NJ.  He enjoys playing music, learning languages, voice acting and watching movies in his free time. When weather permits, William looks forward to spending time outside camping, hiking, and playing tennis.
